Through years of honing her skills, she is committed to empowering individuals and organisations with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of neurodivergent experience, fostering resilience and promoting holistic well-being. Join her on a journey of growth, understanding, and impactful change.

ACT Supervision & Consultation

Toni offers ACT-informed supervision and consultation to allied health professionals at every stage of their career — from those just starting to learn the model through to experienced clinicians who want to refine and deepen their practice. She has been a member of the ACBS (Association for Contextual Behavioral Science) community since 2009, and is trained in both the SHAPE and SEED models. Wherever you're starting from, supervision is tailored to you, with a strong emphasis on deliberate practice and experiential learning alongside theory.

Individual Supervision & Consultation

For those wanting in-depth, one-to-one support, Toni provides individual consultation and experiential supervision to help you refine your ACT practice. Sessions go beyond case discussion — expect to actively practise ACT processes together through deliberate practice, building the kind of flexible, embodied skill that comes from doing the work, not just talking about it.

Group Supervision & Consultation

Toni also runs small group supervision and consultation sessions, with numbers kept limited, as a way of learning alongside peers, utilising deliberate practice and to increase and deepen clinical work. Groups combine shared discussion with hands-on practice — a supportive space to learn from others navigating similar clinical questions. Please get in touch via the contact page for current group dates and costs.

Areas of Interest

Toni has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent people, including those who are Autistic and/or have ADHD, and brings a neuroaffirming lens to her supervision practice. She is also committed to a decolonising, anti-oppressive approach to working in this space, and welcomes clinicians who want to build these values into their own practice.

Professional Training

Toni also delivers training workshops for organisations and health professionals, building knowledge and proficiency in applying ACT and neuroaffirming practice. Recent training workshops have been presented to organisations including The AASW, Adelaide Uni, and Dhelkaya Health.

“Toni helped grow my understanding of neurodiversity - the strengths, challenges, and most importantly the shift in perspective from disorder to identity.”
